UAM began operations in 2009 as a small business with only four employees. Now, we are a BPO with specialized services for worldwide clients. From web development to customer service, from accounting to graphic design. UAM allows you to develop your skills and attain real professional experience.
With offices in Miami, FL, and El Salvador, our award-winning staff is fully bilingual (English/Spanish) and with backgrounds in business, marketing, customer service, finance, design & development, lead generation, and sales.
In 2012 a company approached us looking for a virtual assistant / Lead qualifier. This first role handled lead qualification to increase memberships in all of its online communities. At first, an algorithm was tested to acquire more prospects, but our team outperformed the algorithm in accuracy and value of client interaction.
A HealthCare company trusted us to take over three major pipelines of their business. Starting with 14 specialists. In charge of making outbound calls to Home Health Aides for scheduled appointments and scheduled visits. They also handle all paperwork, check attendance records and follow up on billing & customer satisfaction.
A national real estate investment firm began operations with us on June 2020 with two receptionist staff members. As this company grew, our services started to diversify by providing administrative positions, reservationists, resident account specialists, and resident services specialists.
One member of our staff has been promoted to an internal supervisor position on their company, making them the first one outside the U.S.
