Our staff is located in El Salvador, Central America. Our hours of operation are 9 am to 6 pm EST.
How do you secure my information?
Each staff member is carefully screened and must pass a background check.
Our non-disclosure agreement assures you that we will not share any information with anyone outside our company.
No one outside our office can access your information (files, documents, emails, contacts, etc.). We use security software to prevent spyware or computer viruses.
Any printed materials are shredded before being sent for recycling.
We also suggest sharing passwords with our assistants through programs like LastPass for extra security.

Yes, we do! If you are not satisfied with the service, you can cancel anytime and we have a one-week money-back guarantee
Are there any additional costs to hiring your virtual assistants?
No. Your monthly fee covers scanning, emailing, data input, unlimited calls throughout the U.S. and Canada, and all the infrastructure required to run your operation. Among other services or features that were discussed with our commercial team.
Are the VA's in an office environment?
Yes, your dedicated assistant has a completely equipped work station.
I might upgrade to full time in the following months, will my assistant be available?
Yes! You just need to let us know in advance so we can recruit, train, and onboard them to your team on time.
What is their education level?
Your dedicated staff will have studied at university in different backgrounds like marketing, finance, business, public relations, programming, design, and many others.

We will send you a couple mini-bios for your review. Additionally, you can interview the assistant before you begin if you’d like.
What type of programs can the assistant use?

Can we make phone calls to the US?
Yes, all calls are included.
How do I communicate with my assistant?
Anyway you like it. We are used to coordinating with our clients by phone, email, and messaging platforms (skype, slack, telegram).
If you have a team, you will have a POC that will adapt to your communication style.
How good are your executives' communications skills?
When you sign up, you will be asked what skills your team requires. This way, we can find an excellent match for your business. They also have neutral English accents and backgrounds in various areas like sales, marketing, social media, and many others.
Is it always the same assistant or POC?
Yes and no. You will always be in touch with the same person. However, we will be assigning a backup (no extra cost) when your assistant goes on a medical leave or simply needs time off.
This way we ensure that we provide you with service at all times.

What's the difference between a Full-Time Assistant and a Full-Time Support Team?
Instead of having one assistant, you’ll be assigned a team to work with you - the equivalent manpower of one full-time person but with the redundancy of a team captain, your point of contact, in charge of distributing the work between team members and making sure deadlines are met.
